Applications are that software.  Which users use to perform their daily routine.  Like writing letters, preparing data, listening to songs, watching movies, etc.  Application software cannot be run without system software.  Nowadays there is more and more software application software in the market which are used in PC.  The user can build the application software according to his work. (Application वे सॉफ़्टवेयर हैं।  जिसका उपयोग उपयोगकर्ता अपनी दैनिक दिनचर्या करने के लिए करते हैं।  जैसे अक्षर लिखना, डेटा तैयार करना, गाने सुनना, फिल्में देखना आदि। एप्लीकेशन सॉफ्टवेयर को सिस्टम सॉफ्टवेयर के बिना नहीं चलाया जा सकता है।  आजकल बाजार में अधिक से अधिक सॉफ्टवेयर एप्लीकेशन सॉफ्टवेयर मौजूद हैं जो पीसी में उपयोग किए जाते हैं।  उपयोगकर्ता अपने काम के अनुसार एप्लिकेशन सॉफ़्टवेयर का निर्माण कर सकता है।)

Word-processing: - Word processing refers to a word processor. Under which the order of the disorganized word is organized and presented correctly. Under this, the set of lines, paragraphs, pages, etc. is done by decorating the words.  The opposite is true. In which the word that the processor types in the word processor software with the help of the keyboard. You can see it on the monitor screen if there is an error. You can improve it. Also, there are many options related to word processing.  With the help of which the document can be prepared easily in a short time. Some important tools are included in it.(वर्ड प्रोसेसिंग का मतलब वैसी शब्द प्रकिया से है। जिसके अन्तर्गत अव्यवस्थित शब्दा व्यवस्थित करके के सही ढंग से प्रस्तुत करने से है। इसके अन्तर्गत वर्डस को सजाकर लाईन , पैराग्राफ ,पेज आदि की सेटिंग की जाती हैं यह टाईपराईटर के बिल्कुल विपरीत होता है। जिसमें वर्ड प्रोसेसर सापटवेयर में कीबोर्ड की सहायता से जो मेटर टाईप करते है। उसे मॉनिटर स्कीन पर देख सकते है यदि उसमें कोई त्रुटि होती है । तो उसमें सुधार कर सकते है। इसके अलावा उसमें वर्ड प्रोसेसिंग से संबंधित कई ऑपशन होते है। जिसकी सहायता से सरलता से कम समय में डाक्यूमेंट को तैयार किया जा सकता है। इसमें कुछ महत्वपूर्ण टूल निम्न है)

:- Replace, find, Autotext, goto, Spelling check, table, Border style, paragraph, etc.

It has many toolbars to work with.  Which we can do our word processing easily.  Displayed as a tool icon in the toolbar.  Therefore, even a person with less knowledge can do word processing in it.(इसमें कार्य करने के लिये कई टूलबार होती होती है। जिसे हम अपने वर्ड प्रोसेसिंग को आसानी से कर सकते है। टूलबार में टूल की आईकान के रूप में प्रदर्शित किया जाता है। जिससे कम ज्ञान वाला व्यक्ति भी इसमें word प्रोसेसिंग का कार्य कर सकता है। )

There are many advanced word processing software available in the market nowadays.  Such as MS Word, Word Star Word Perfect, etc.(आजकल बाजार में कई एडवांस वर्ड प्रोसेसिंग सॉफ्टवेयर उपलब्ध है। जैसे एमएस वर्ड, वर्ड स्टार वर्ड परफेक्ट आदि)

Different word processing software work in different operating systems.(अलग अलग ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम में अलग अलग वर्ड प्रोसेसिंग सॉफ्टवेयर कार्य करते है)

Spreadsheet: - Spreadsheet is often used to display numbers tables and data in the form of graph charts etc.  It is a table.  In which we store data in table format. There are many tools to process it in a database.  Apart from this, there are different types of fractions for different types of data.  So that we can do our work easily.  It has a total of 256 columns and 65536 rows.  The sail is made up of Raw and Colum.  In which data is stored.  Each sail has a cell address.  Which has an identity.  The cell consists of ads row and column.( Spreadsheet का प्रयोग प्रायः सख्याओं टेबिल एंव डाटा को ग्राफ चार्ट आदि के रूप में प्रर्दिशित करने के लिये किया जाता है। यह एक टेबिल होती है। जिसमें हम डाटा को टेबिल फॉर्मट में स्टोर करते है।इसमें डाटाबेस में प्रोसेस करने के लिये कई टूल होते है। इसके अलावा इसमे अलग अलग प्रकार के डाटा के लिये अलग अलग प्रकार के फॉक्शन होते है। जिससे हम अपने कार्य के लिये सरलता से कर सकते है । इसमे कुल 256 कॉलम एवं 65536 रो होती है। रा और कॉलम से मिलकर सैल बनती है । जिसमें डाटा को स्टोर किया जाता है। प्रत्येक सैल का एक सैल एडेस होता है। जिसकी एक पहचान होती है । सेल ऐडस रो और कॉलम से मिलकर बना होता है।)

In this, we can easily do different types of calculations, in this we can also formulate a formula according to our calculations.  It contains 255 Berksites in a workbook.  Examples: - MS Excel, Lotus etc.(इसमें हम विभिन्न प्रकार की गणनाएं आसानी से कर सकते है इसमें हम गणनाओ को करने के लिये अपने अनुसार फॉर्मूला भी बना सकते है। इसमें एक वर्कबुक में 255 बर्कसीट होती है। उदाहरण :- एमएस ऐक्सल , लोट्स आदि)

Presentation Graphics: - Through Presentation Software a user can present his talk on a big screen or on a computer screen through a projector.  And can present its large number of viewers.  Through this, he can add pictures, graphs, and tables, etc. in his presentation.  Apart from this, animation can be added to the sound.  With which he can make his presentation simple and easy to understand.  With this, he can present his presentation lively. (Presentation Software के माध्यम से यूजर अपनी बातों को एक प्रोजक्टर के माध्यम से बड़े पर्दे पर या कम्प्यूटर स्कीन पर प्रस्तुत कर सकता है। तथा दर्शकों की बड़ी संख्या का अपना प्रस्तुती दे सकता है। इसके माध्यम से वह अपनी प्रस्तुति में चित्र, ग्राफ एवं टेबिल आदि को जोड सकता है।इसक अलावा उसमें ऐनिमेशन साउड को जोड सकता है। जिससे वह अपनी प्रस्तुति को सरल एवं आसानी से समझने के लायक बना सकता है। इससे वह अपनी प्रस्तुति को सजीव रूप में प्रस्तुत कर सकता है।)

It can be used to demonstrate business planning, education and strategy.  The use of MS powerpoint is best suited for this task.  These days, every college seminar is being used to present its ideas in business promotion politics, office meetings etc.  With this help, we can present our ideas easily.(इसका प्रयोग व्यवसायक योजना , शिक्षा तथा रणनीति के प्रदर्शन के लिये किया जा सकता है । एम एस पावरप्वाइंट का प्रयोग इस कार्य के लिये सबसे उपयुक्त है । आज कल हर कॉलेज सेमीनार व्यापारिक प्रचार राजनीति , ऑफिस मीटिंग आदि में अपने विचारों को प्रस्तुत करने के लिये इसी का प्रयोग किया जा रहा है । इसकी सहायता से हम अपने विचारों को सरलता से प्रस्तुत कर सकते है ।)
