Computer Software

 

Need of Software: - Consists of Computer Hardware and Software.  To use hardware in a computer, it has to define its function in the computer.  So that he can do his work well.  Its function is defined through software, ie software is required to use the computer.  Software is required to perform any task on the computer.(Need of Software :- Computer Hardware and Software से मिलकर बनता है। कम्प्यूटर में हार्डवेयर का प्रयोग करने के लिये कम्प्यूटर में उसके कार्य को परिभाषित करना पडता है। ताकि वह अपने कार्य को अच्छी तरह से कर सके। इसके कार्य को Software के माध्यम से परिभाषित किया जाता है अर्थात् कम्प्यूटर का प्रयोग करने के Software की आवश्यकता होती है । कम्प्यूटर में किसी कार्य को करने के लिये एक Software की आवश्यकता होती है।)

Hardware and software in computers are complementary to each other. (कम्प्यूटर में hardware and Software एक दूसरे के पूरक होते है)

Software: - The computer does not do any work on its own, it has to be defined first in order to work with it.  For which computer language is used, a group of commands in a computer is called a program.  In which the commando is stored in logical comm.  It is called software.(Software :- Computer कोई भी कार्य अपने आप नहीं करता है उससे कार्य करना के लिये उसे पहले परिभाषित करना पडता है। जिसके लिये Computer language का प्रयोग किया जाता है कम्प्यूटर में कामोंडस के समूह को प्रोग्राम कहा जाता है। जिसमें कमांडो का तार्किक कम में जमाया जाता है। जसे सापटवेयर कहा जाता है।)

There are two types of software.(Software दो प्रकार के होते है।)

• System software
• Application Software

System Software: - It is a group of one or more programs.  Through this software, the computer controls its hardware.  It is a major computer program.  Without this, the computer cannot be started. These work for the Software System.  Therefore they are called System Software.(System Software:- यह एक या एक से अधिक प्रोग्राम का समूह होता है। इस software के द्वारा कम्प्यूटर उसके हार्डवेयर को नियंत्रित किया जाता है। यह कम्प्यूटर का प्रमुख प्रोग्राम होता है । इसके बिना कम्प्यूटर को स्टार्ट नही किया जा सकता है यह Software System के लिये कार्य करते हैं । इसलिये इनको System Software कहा जाता है।)

The following tasks are done by them.(इनके द्वारा निम्नलिखित कार्य किये जाते है।)

1. It creates interlace between user and hardware.(यह यूजर एवं हार्डवेयर के बीच interlace का निमार्ण करते है ।)
2. It provides a platform to execute the Application Software.(यह Application Software को execute करने के लिये प्लेटफार्म उपलब्ध करते हैं ।)
3. Provides support for using new hardware.(नये हार्डवेयर का प्रयोग करने के लिये सहयोग प्रदान करते है ।)
4. This computer is used as maintenance. (यह कम्प्यूटर को मेन्टेन्स का कार्य किया जाता है।)
5. They control the computer.(यह कम्प्यूटर को नियंत्रित करते है।)

Following are some important System Software. (कुछ महत्वपूर्ण System Software निम्नलिखित है ।)

• Operating System: - Every computer requires operating.  A computer cannot be used without it.  This interface is created between the user and the computer.(Operating System:- प्रत्येक Computer में ऑपरेटिंग की आवश्यकता होती है। बिना इसके कम्प्यूटर को प्रयोग नहीं किया जा सकता है । यह यूजर एवं कम्प्यूटर के बीच इन्टरफेस का निर्माण किया जाता है।)
• Programming Language Translators: - Translator used in computer language.  They are system software.  Which converts user language into machine language.  And convert machine language into user language.(Programming Language Translators:- Computer language में जो Translator प्रयोग होते है। वह सिस्टम software होते है। जो यूजर भाषा को मशीन भाषा में बदलते है। और मशीन भाषा को यूजर भाषा में बदलते है।)
• Communication Software: - Nowadays data is transferred from one computer to another.  In which System Software is used.(Communication Software :- आजकल एक कम्प्यूटर से दूसरे कम्प्यूटर में डाटा को Transfer किया जाता है। जिसमें System Software का प्रयोग किया जाता है।)
• Utility Software: - The computer is maintained with the help of this software.  Utility software is called.  Such as Defregmenter, diskcleanup, backup, system restore etc.(Utility Software:- इन Software की सहायता से कम्प्यूटर का रखरखाव किया जाता है। यूटिलिटी software कहलाते है। जैसे Defregmenter, diskcleanup, backup, system restore आदि ।)

Application Software: - These are the programs.  Those users use their daily routine functions.  These programs depend on the system software.  They are produced in computer language.  Nowadays thousands of application software is available with the help of which you can easily do the work. (Application Software:- यह वे प्रोग्राम होते है। जिनका प्रयोग यूजर अपने Daily ruten के कार्य करता है। यह प्रोग्राम सिस्टम software के ऊपर निर्भर रहते है। इनका निमार्ण कम्प्यूटर भाषा में किया जाता है। आजकल हजारों Application Software उपलब्ध है जिनकी सहायता से आपने कार्य को आसानी से किया जाता है।)
